Black Grove 401 Records mission is to be a viable entity and have a positive impact in the music industry Together; they have become thriving business partners while gaining popular notoriety across the country. It began 14 years ago, when the two met and decided to go into business together.
Kompari founded the Kompari Entertainment Group – the KEG, in 1980, and has developed national and international recognition for their services over the years. Kompari has over 25+ years of experience under her belt in the music industry, providing new methods of speed publicity and effective promotional campaigns.
In 1993, Kompari met with Mike Phillips, CEO of Gemini Rose Printing and Delivery Service. They brought the two companies together to serve both the prospective corporate clientele, as well as the music industry officials to offer competitive pricing within both industries.
