Sweet as candy, through and through. Not artificial sweetener, my blood is true...Constant smiles, laughter is my drug. I always forgive and never forget. Been through hell, but still believe in love.Born in an Indian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico; raised in Southern Cali and 'burque...came to the islands in 1999 to finish college. I am composed of a mélange of ethnicities; fit in here perfect in the exotic blends of cultures in Hawaii. I love living in paradise.I obtained my first BA in three years at age 21 from UH Hilo. I LOVE reading and learning, I am a nerd at heart. I am an elected official-I revel the fact that I am the youngest board member to serve my community."I see people every day that waste their happiness, as if it is their right... But i KNOW that you are one soul who will treasure every second of it because you've been through a life that deserves it!!" -from my sis, Berlin. I love her! And I honestly believe and live by her words.I am proud of my heritage. I love being a pink girl (half red and white) I think we are the hottest hapas (Megan Fox, Jessica Biel, Cameron Diaz, Heather Locklear, Adrianna Lima just to name a few). I would be nothing without my family, I have been blessed with the best familia in the world. My father volunteered to serve his country at age 18 to experience life outside of the Laguna Indian reservation. He joined the United States Marines Corps, and was a grunt in Vietnam. He lost a leg in combat, contracted Hepatitis from a blood transfusion (which now has progressed to Hep C= SLOW DEATH), got sprayed with Agent Orange, has shrapnel embedded in his skin yet he still lives his life with no complaints. My mom works with at-risk teens and has a heart of gold. She raised me by herself, working three jobs to support us. My sister whom I have always looked up to. So what, I grew up on government cheese and food stamps, that made me appreciate everything I have and everything that was sacrificed for me. I believe that everything happens for a reason. Now I have a wonderful husband, a loving son and friends that you would not believe...I love my life! THANK YOU TO VETERANS AND ACTIVE MILITARY, living in Hawaii, we have all the branches of service and I love them all!
