The Incredible Edible Melissa

About Me

I am a happily married mama to two beautiful boys. I love being a mother more than anything. It is my life's joy to be with my children, giving them everything they need to grow up into healthy, independent, loving adults. I am a Labor Support Professional, and am working towards my DONA birth doula certification. I have a passion for educating and supporting women in all aspects of mothering, from pregnancy to childbirth to breastfeeding and beyond.
So, how's this for a contradiction in terms: I'm a housewife who is terrible at housework and cooking; I love nature and mountains and beaches, but I live in Kansas; I used to be really shy, but now I love meeting new people and hanging out; I am a Christian, but I don't belong to a church right now, and frankly, a lot of Christians really get on my nerves.
Anyway, I have already found a few old friends, which is cool, and I'm looking forward to keeping up with everyone. I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
