Twin Screw starts in the Deep South, with thirteen-year-old Shylo and his family. Shylo's father, Jim, is one of the early over-the-road truckers. The young Shylo grows up to follow Jim's footsteps. The incidents that happen to Shylo as a driver are too incredible to believe actually happened. In the course of events, Shylo moves across the United States and ends up in Salt Lake City, Utah, working for a local driver. He marries a girl from high school and has a baby boy, but the marriage fails. After he buys a new truck and becomes an owner-operator, he falls in love with the girl of his dreams. She shares his feelings, and the two begin a dynamic romance.

My name is Terry and I was born in Portsmouth, VA. My mother at that time worked in a ship yard as a Rosie the Riviter. My Dad was in the Navy as a radio technician. I lived in 28 states until I was fortunate enough at 18 years old to move to Salt Lake City, UT where I met my wonderful wife. I have made it my home ever since. I used to drive big trucks - my father taught me to drive when I was about 12.I am married happily 39 years and have 3 son's and one boy who we helped raise and many grandkids. For many years I have wanted to write a book and have finally done it. The book is called 'Twin Screw' Two means of propulsion, and I accomplished getting it published. Is is a great adventure novel and ends up an incredible Love story. My Publisher just advised us that the book launch date is March 27th but that the book will be on the shelves before that. It will be in all the big book stores like Barns and Nobel and also on line at Amazon.com. My youngest son Derrick did all the Artwork for the cover and also for pictures inside the book. He is such a good artist and I am very proud of him and honored that he would do this for me. My oldest son Troy and my wife helped me edit it and get it already for the editor/publisher. The things in the book that seem unreal really happened and the believable things did not happen. I am sure you will love it.Also Just want everyone to know that I am writing a second book.
