Venus has a great passion for music. She is the Promotions Director at FLOW 93.5 FM (the first and only URBAN music Formatted radio station in Canada). For a period at the radio station she also hosted a late night radio show. She decided to take a break and concentrate on other projects...including becoming the Promotions Director at FLOW 93.5. Venus works day and night to continue to help the urban scene in Canada grow. She is also on the executive advisory board for the URBAN MUSIC ASSOCIATION of CANADA (www.umac.ca). She is well-versed in several activities in the urban entertainment scene and has also spread her entrepreneurial wings through numerous marketing initiatives within the Canadian urban industry.
It is her love and dedication for music that keeps her working non-stop around the clock. You would think that with the radio station and the Urban Music Association of Canada Venus wouldn't be able to do more...NOPE she still takes on freelance marketing projects, voice-over work (you can hear her voice on the radio, tv, mixtapes, albums....hit her up if you need a female voice) and she manages the number 1 DJ in Canada, DJ Starting From Scratch (www.startingfromscratch.com).
