So... honestly, do you really want to know about me?? I'll just tell ya the basics. I was born in Sunrise, FL and moved to Sugar Hill, GA when I was 12. Joined the Corps when I was 18 and moved to Yuma, AZ. I met my husband right after we returned from deployment in '03. Married in '04 while we were in South Dakota for the Sturgis Rally. Left active duty in '05 and moved to South Dakota in '06.
Right now I'm learning that you can't get excited that the weather has been awesome and warm, because it just might snow next week here in South Dakota. I do love the scenery though!! The Black Hills are absolutely beautiful! I'm just REALLY looking forward to late Spring and Summer time!! I love to be outdoors and my dogs have found that they love to swim!! I started a new job on Feb. 19th and I'm having a blast. I have found myself the perfect job, minus the perfect pay of course. I am working in two little shops in town. Surroundings sells an eclectic bunch of items from kitchenware to books to candles and bath products. Our newest addition is Azukibean, which sells all kinds of toys, craft supplies, and adult humor. Other than that... just enjoying life as a civilian!!
