About Me

. . .. ... . .. . . .. ..Hello all you space cadets. Let’s start off by tell you a little bit about my self. Some people say I’m an ass hole but there just stupid two face ya ya bitches. The truth is I can be a bit hostile at times (twelve too many beers) but most of the time I’m just your every day count chocula loving guy. When I was growing up I desperately wanted too be a pro skateboarder. I worked extremely hard at it for five years. With a little help from my friends I got hooked with a sponsorship (blockhead skateboards). I was almost there to my dream of being pro. With my new team I had the chance to flourish. I skated more then ever and filmed all the time. At the ripe age of 17 I finely turned pro and had the experience and talent to make a solid future. But nothing is that easy. I traveled a lot and partied way too much for my own good. The following summer the clean skateboard team and I went to Europe. That was one of the greatest times of my life. But I ended up drinking way more then skating. I missed all my contest runs and didn’t film a damn thing. At the end of the trip was the biggest contest of the year in Muenster Germany. The night before the big contest Jonas and I meet up with some other skater down stairs at the hotel bar. At the bar was the biggest mugs of beer I’ve ever seen and we had to have them. We got so smashed and started a fight with the other skaters (Ricky Oyola and Fred Gall). It was just like wrestle mania in there. We broke table’s chairs, every thing. The bar called the cops and then the real fight begun. The cops showed up and started hitting us with there night sticks. Every body stop but me. I was so drunk I started fighting the cop. That wasn’t the best idea I ever had. They beat the living shit out of me and took me to jail. Where they thru me in a cell full of drunken Germans, they also kick my ass. I woke up the next morning with no shirt or shoes on and all my money was gone. They let me out in the middle of the city; I had no idea where I was. Two hours later I made it back and tried to sober up for the contest. It didn’t work and the only contest I entered that summer was that one and I sucked shit and placed 165th. That was the beginning of the end of skating. I just drank more and skated less. Now I’m a skateboard photographer and live the good life in beautiful sunny La Habra California.p.s. we all learn from are mistakes .. . . ..the Nike Missile Base nestled in the hills overlooking the city, which was formally known as LA29. The site spanned nearly two miles in length across the hilltop between Rowland Heights and Brea, but the magazines, firing control site, radar pedestals, and tunnels are only ruins now . . If you had to choose between Love and money witch would you choose? They both have there good points and bad points. You always have to worry that some one will steal it from you. Money in it’s self will not break your heart But love will. Love in it’s self will not make you financially secure but money will. Most people can have both and some struggle to have both. Love will fuck up a career and a career can fuck up love. To avoid this problem you must choose one before the other. But witch one comes first? You know a great band once said all you need is love, that’s easy to say when you have millions. I met a man today that told me a story about love and money, he said that he struggled to fine love for a long time but he didn’t have a lot of money and that scared him, because if he found love how could he support it. So he went the other route, got a good job worked extremely hard and made a good living. He was happy with his money; he didn’t have to worry about finances anymore. As time went by he felt lonely. Don’t get me wrong he got him self some from time too time but it wasn’t love. One day it fell in to his lap; love the thing he was missing and the thing he wanted most of all but now he wasn’t scared. They had wonderful relationship, went on trips, dinners, vacations and had a beautiful wedding. All this wouldn’t be possible with out money. He said she didn’t care about the money; she loved him for his self. She was his dream girl, every thing he ever wanted in a woman and more. Like all true love stories this one has a tragic ending. One day he came home from a business trip and found a note left on the counter. It said, I’m sorry to be telling you this in a letter but I couldn’t talk to you face to face. Some things have changed in my life and you are so focused on work it’s hard to be happy now. I think its best if we go are own ways. I still love you but it’s time to move on. I hope you can under stand where I’m coming from. Thank you for all the good times I’ll miss you with all my heart and soul, sincerely Robin……… I said WHAT. That sucks I’m sorry to hear that. The man told me it gets worse, in the following months they got divorced and she took half of his worth and the whole house. The man was devastated, not only did he lose his dream girl but he lost a lot of money in the process. So he went on with his life but his focus wasn’t there. He eventually lost his job and ended up staying at the Y.M.C.A. he didn’t know were too go from there. He felt like everything he worked so hard for went to shit. He said if he could go back he would have just stayed with the money and dealt with being lonely. I met this man out side of a super market asking for the same thing he thought would make a loving relationship stable…….. MONEY…… So what would you choose? Me myself, I don’t give a shit!! Everything happens for a reason. It sucks but it’s true. Just stay strong in your decisions and hope for the best…So choose wisely, I don’t want to see you outside my super market. –Luna .. . . . . . Humanity is sitting on a ticking time bomb. If the vast majority of the world's scientists are right, we have just ten years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire planet into a tail-spin of epic destruction involving extreme weather, floods, droughts, epidemics and killer heat waves beyond anything we have ever experienced. With 2005, the worst storm season ever experienced in America just behind us, it seems we may be reaching a tipping point - and Gore pulls no punches in explaining the dire situation. Interspersed with the bracing facts and future predictions is the story of Gore's personal journey: from an idealistic college student who first saw a massive environmental crisis looming; to a young Senator facing a harrowing family tragedy that altered his perspective, to the man who almost became President but instead returned to the most important cause of his life - convinced that there is still time to make a difference.. . . Who Killed the Electric Car? is a 2006 documentary film. The film deals with the history of the electric car, its development and commercialization, mostly focusing on the General Motors EV1, which was made available for lease in Southern California in the late 1990's, after the California Air Resources Board passed the ZEV mandate in 1990, as well as the implications of the events depicted for air pollution, environmentalism, Middle East politics, and global warming. The film details the California Air Resources Board's reversal of the mandate after suits from automobile manufacturers, the oil industry, and the George W. Bush administration. It points out that Bush's chief influences, Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice, and Andrew Card, are all former executives and board members of oil and auto companies. EV1s crushed by General Motors shortly after productionA large part of the film chronicles GM's efforts to demonstrate to California that there was no demand for their product, and then to take back every EV1 and dispose of them. A few were disabled and given to museums and universities, but almost all were found to have been crushed; GM never responded to the EV drivers' offer to pay the residual lease value ($1.9 million was offered for the remaining 79 cars in Burbank before they were crushed). Several activists are shown being arrested in the protest that attempted to block the GM car carriers taking the remaining EV1s off to be crushed. The film explores some of the reasons that the auto and oil industries worked to kill off the electric car. Wally Rippel is shown explaining that the oil companies were afraid of losing out on trillions in potential profit from their transportation fuel monopoly over the coming decades, while the auto companies were afraid of losses over the next six months of EV production. Others explained the killing differently. GM spokesman Dave Barthmuss argued it was lack of consumer interest due to the maximum range of 80–100 miles per charge, and the relatively high price. The film also explores the future of automobile technologies including a deeply critical look at hydrogen vehicles and an upbeat discussion of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle technologies.

OLD BOB.....Legend of the monster of Laguna Lake comes to life– Rumors swirled around Laguna Lake for 40 years that a vicious snapping turtle named "Old Bob" lurked beneath its water lilies.Turns out the talk was not some exaggerated fish tale.On Thursday, dredging company workers snared the 100-pound snapper near a park dam in the north-central part of the city.A Santa Monica contractor, hired to scoop out fish during a $2 million restoration of the 7-acre lake, netted the 50-year-old, 36-inch alligator snapping turtle along with catfish, crappie and bluegills

When I first started, I drew cowboy characters as revenge against the bullies in my high school in Canada. It was a farm-based community, with these macho-based cowboy guys. I was the little geeky guy in the library. They wanted to pick on somebody like me, so it was me. My drawings were revenge and punishment - Marcel Dzama . "A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what's behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later." - Stanley Kubrick "I'm not a paranoid derranged millionaire. Goddamit, I'm a billionaire." - Howard Hughes "I produce painstakingly painted, pastel-colored canvases of less-than-innocent children in surroundings so compulsively packed with nutty detail as to try the eye severely.Bunnies, choice cuts of raw meat, the visage of Abraham Lincoln and sugary religious icons are among my continuing motifs."- Mark Ryden "I don't hate you, I resent you.
