Take the Crown formed in 2004 when six good friends came together for a common purpose, which was to play music that they all loved, and to be successful at it. The band got together and wrote their first couple songs. They recorded a demo with Chris Sorensen of SAOSIN and started passing them out at shows. After a bunch of positive feedback, they decided to start playing shows and writing more and more songs. Take the Crown has since been playing shows all over California. They have had some line up changes but now with the solid, permanent line up of Beau Bokan (vocals), Nick Coffey (guitar), Tony Gonzalez (guitar), Ryan Wilson (keyboard), James Campbell (bass) and Trevor Bodawitzdjfrennrez Take the Crown is pretty much unstoppable with no cheesy gimmicks, lame costumes or false advertising..just music from their hearts to your ears/a
