Hey everyone my name is Cole Barrow and I live in Los Angeles, California. I grew up in Illinois and ventured out to L.A in May of 2006. I work as a personal trainer at a private gym but also do in-home training on the side so if anyone has any questions on rates or other info feel free to shoot me an email. When it comes to fitness I'm constantly trying to find new ways to keep in shape and learn more in the diet and exercise field. I would have to say fitness and music have always been my 2 passions. I am currently attending SMC at the moment and looking to transfer to San Diego State in the near future. I'm also attending the L.A. recording school to pursue a career in music production. Everyone that knows me knows I am a very positive person, I live my life trying to better myself and make life more enjoyable everyday. I never let the negative things in life try to bring me down no matter what the circumstances may be. Life is short and I don't intend to waste any bit of it.
