Together as the band Facel Vega since 2002, Del Johns and Melissa Lechner form a unique musical duo. Facel Vega builds on a 60s Retro Lounge theme, with modern Electronica and Italian Spy/Pop styles thrown into the mix. Facel Vega has been on local radio in Southern California since 2003, with rotation on stations such as KXLU 88.9 FM , KCRW FM and KIRV FM & were the Featured Artist on Energy 92.7 FM San Francisco . Currently the Do or Die EP is enjoying air play around the U.S. on terrestrial radio stations & online radio such as SmoothLounge.com, SecretAgent SomaFM, and groovera.com. The Do or Die EP has also arrived in Europe and is currently on radio stations in Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Monaco, Greece and the UK. Currently Del & Melissa are finishing up recording of 2 new
songs "There will always be tomorrow " and "Suddenly" for a new EP
