Laughing out loud, crying because I'm happy, the idea of love at first sight, false alarms, first impressions, last goodbyes, being right, admitting wrong, internalizing, letting it all out, being carefree, being thoughtful, acting silly, talking seriously, being amazed, getting surprised, being jaded, learning something new, listening to music while walking around the city (its like your own personal soundtrack), socializing, being alone, drinking good wine, having a smoke, trying to quit ;), reading a good book, skimming thru old letters, looking through pictures, reminiscing, looking ahead, being nervous, being fearless, loving my friends, loving and needing my family, traveling far to escape, traveling far to feel at home, getting things done, doing absolutely nothing at all, having lunch and calling it a meeting, bringing a crew when I'm supposed to come alone, being punctual, arriving late, really wanting something, realizing you have it already, feeling pain, knowing you will learn from it, acknowledging my friends are absolutely crazy, being just like them, cooking dinner, eating at a restaurant, cherishing memories, experiencing new ones... more, more, more...
We have already met...
ALL OF IT...
Anything by Milan Kundera, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Murakami, Roald Dahl, Eugenides, John Steinbeck, the Harry Potter series, Marcel Proust, Pablo Neruda, Faulkner, Graham Greene, Christopher Moore is making me crack the hell up, David Mitchell, Adam Handwerker, and the future work of Octavia Mckinney, sci-fi, religion, medieval history, politics... I will read it all! Any suggestions?
