About Me

I am a recruiter for Fortune 500's accounting and financial groups, and have worked in this industry in Atlanta, since 2000. I started with the largest firm in Atlanta, firstPRO Inc. and then went to start Fortune Staffing, in August of 2001. That was bad timing on my part, but I've learned many business lessons since then, and the number one thing I've learned is to have faith, and to never give up. I'm now running Seek And Employ, Inc. successfully, and represent almost every Fortune 500 in Atlanta, primarily within Audit, but also throughout their accounting and financial groups. I recruit mainly from within Big 4 or Regional Accounting firms, as well as other Fortune 500 Internal Audit groups or Accounting teams. My current client list includes:GE Home Depot Timewarner Cox Enterprises Equifax ING Newell Rubbermaid Compucredit Netbank Georgia Pacific Russell Corporation Bellsouth Cingular UPSGovernment Clients Include: SEC, PCAOB, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, IRS, and the City of Atlanta.I differ from other recruiters by having confidentiality agreements signed by all my clients, as confidentiality should be a given with headhunters, it is often times not. Many recruiting firms, in fact MOST, put their best resumes in a database in which EACH of their other recruiters have access to those resumes. They will often use those resumes to build relationships with clients by enticing them with a strong resume, that may or may not have an interested party behind it. When you work with Seek And Employ, you work with just me, and you will be asked permission before being submitted to ANY client, and you can rest assured that client has a confidentiality agreement signed with me, that permits them by law, to not babble your name around, as it's a small world, and my candidates can feel comfortable that their bosses or co-workers won't find out they are open to hearing about good things.I'm VERY good at improving my candidates lives, whether it be increasing their salary 20%, vacation from 2-7 weeks, huge sign on bonuses, or sometimes just improving their commutes. I got into this business to improve people's lives, and the only time I make money is when that happens successfully.
