After a couple of years of playing records in his front room to a few mates, Mozzi began sending out CDs to promoters and DJ magazines. In the time that followed, he won the I-DJ DJ competition 3 times, and came to the attention of the RN2 guys. After a couple of impressive sets at RN2, Mozzi was made a resident in mid 2004 and he's never looked back.The last couple of years have moved really quickly for him. As well as holding a residency at Gatecrasher he's regularly played local Leeds nights such as Sunday Roast, Kick the Habit and Jack2Phono, Mozzi has also rocked the main room and the soap bar at Tribal Sessions @ Sankeys and played alongside the likes of Francois K, Ricardo Villalobos, James Zabiela, Matthew Johnson, Steve Bug, Henrik Schwartz, Dixon, Mike Monday, Ben Watt, Felix Da Housecat, East Coast Boogiemen, Roger Sanchez, Nic Fanciulli, Jay Tripwire, Phil Weeks, Elliot Eastwick, Q Burns, Harry, Joeski, Joey Youngman, Jesse Rose, Tim Sheridan, King Unique, DJ Touche, Mutiny, MYNC Project, Rooty SoundSystem, James Talk, Slater Hogan and Jason Hodges. With a style that takes in everything from electronica, electro, techno and acid house, Mozzi knows how to rock the place. And with his own productions coming on strong he's certainly one to keep an eye on!"
