Hello, welcome to my Myspace page...a bit simple but its been getting too messy and awkward to manage. Have taken a break from Rowing and doing Triathlon now. Joined an ace team called 'Optima Racing Team'. Optima Racing Team . Had a fantastic result at the London Triathlon, 2hrs 12min, coming 19th out of 470 in my age group! Anyway, Ive been working,(hard), for a media company called Epac media.
