Hey there my name is Manuel (Manny) John Vasquez and I was born in Chicago, Brigdeport to be exact so as you guessed I am a die hard Sox fan.I spent most if my life in the burbs but the city will always be my home away from home.I am also a bass player and have been working in the industry for some time now. I have been blessed as a musician to share the stage and billings with some great local as well as national artists. Some of those include the following Dada, Local H, Great White, Gene Loves Jezebel, Derek Frigo (Enuff Z'Nuff) Triple Fast Action, The Marshall Tucker Band (yes this goes back a ways) Sugar Blue (Rolling Stones, Ray Charles) The Blind Venetians, The Drovers, Missile, and the list goes on. We just did our first show opening for Jessica Lea Mayfield and An Horse. Both bands are amazing they are both together doing a tour of the states then back to Australia they go to finish the tour.Give me a holler I am usually looking for new cats to jam with. I love most kinds of music as long as it is good...you know the kind you just can't help shaking your butt to or the ones that make you feel like crying or screaming while smashing furniture.
