Movies:
Movies Rock. I try to take in all types of films, and try to appreciate the movie for why it was created. Action films are great as long as they don't stretch too far outside the realm of reality. Horror is awesome, and it doesn't matter if it is ever close to realistic. As long as there is lots of blood, some insane killer that has no problem getting away with murder, and that and creepy music that makes you tense up every time you hear it. I also love cartoons and digitally created movies (Toy Story, Shreck 1 & 2, Ice Age, etc). Comedy is great, nothing wrong with laughing till it hurts. I will also watch the chick Flick movies and Kid Shows. While they aren't usually my first pick at the movie store, they are still usually fun to watch.
Television:
Ahh yes, the wonderful world of television. people are overly attached to their TV shows. I know this first hand. If a television service provider is 2 minutes late to hook up a TV the world comes crashing down. I'm not willing to beat up a cable/satellite guy because i was rescheduled or because the installer was late. But i would be sad that I wouldn't be able to watch my favorite shows, such as; SVU, House, Justice, Family Guy, South Park, Simpsons, King of the Hill, Cops, X-Files, Reno 911. who are my Heros? I've never put to much thought into that question. I would have to say that any person who has ever honorably served in the U.S. Armed services is a Hero.
