...shorter of breath, and one day closer to death!

About Me

Hi, i'm Chris. I've been a musician my entire life - very few things in this world are more important to me than music and being able to express myself in that way. I began playing piano and guitar when i was about 9 years old. Throughout the years i've taught myself to play several other instruments, and I studied music theory & composition in high school and college. As a musician I'm available for sessions or live performances on guitar, bass, and vocals.

I've also trained and been involved with live sound and audio recording for well over 15 years. I own Clover Mountain Sound recording studios in Surprise, AZ. CMS is an audio & visual production studio that offers:

- 24/96 digital audio recording
- audio restoration
- video editing
- DVD authoring
- media transfer/conversion (VHS to DVD, tape to CD, etc)
- graphic and website site design

We're ideal for full bands, singer/songwriters, spoken-word, voice-overs, and commcercial spots. We enjoy working with all styles of music, and strive to get the best sound and quaility production at the most affordable prices.

One day all of the great musicians we've grown to love over the years will be dead. Sure, someday we'll all be dead, but it's really tough to think about a time when I'll still be alive (hopefully?), but there will be no Pink Floyd, no Rolling Stones, no more Beatles or Doors. We've already lost greats like Hendrix, Lennon, Harrison, Morrison, and the list goes on. Time will birth new generations that have no idea of the musical legacy and contribution that these artists made when modern music was breaking new ground and becoming what everyone knows and takes for granted today. It's up to us who remember to educate the young and show them there's more to music than Nickelcrap and playing "Rock Band."

i hate comments with sparkle tags and they will be deleted. sorry.
