Don Bratton was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. At the age 4 his mother moved him and the family to Atlanta, Ga. Although everything was new to him and the cultures were very different, one thing connected him with his long time friends, music. From an early age it was evident that Don Bratton had the mind of a manager and a passion for music. In the 6th grade Don began honing his managerial skills through the coordination of a singing group. Although not the best amongst his peers in singing, he still validated himself with hard work and determination to be the best.
He began his career in the music industry at the age of 21 after graduating from North Carolina A&T State University, where he received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration. After a long conversation with his childhood friend Jovan Dais, Don decided to move back to Atlanta, GA to start his new life as a graduate. Not knowing that this would be the start of something grand. Arriving to Atlanta Don found out quick Atlanta was the new Motown of the south.Being reintroduced to world of music all over again by his friend Jovan, Don quickly
became fell in love. Knowing he was ruff behind ears, Don immediately did everything he could do to learn as much as possible Teaming with Jovan he began to engineer sessions for clients, as well as Jovan and before you know it he was the go to guy. Working with artist all across the world JoJo, Danity Kane, Bobby V, Jamie Foxx, Ciara, Insomniaxx, Ryan Leslie, from engineering to songwriting to managing Don becomes a sponge to it all. As time progress Don and long-time friends Jovan Dais and Rodney Turner decided to come together and form a company Anotha Dais Productions. Equipped with the knowledge, work-ethic and most definitely the talent, they came together to embark on a milestone of success in the music industry. From grass-root marketing and promotions, brand development to illustrating multi-million dollar productions deals(DreamWorks) .Don has took advantage of the opportunity to take a brand and make it a household name. In just two years of grinding Anotha Dais has already broke the canvas, recently taking a leap into the film world, we have signed one most talented up and coming actors out of Atlanta Maurkice Mooreâ€ATL, MTV Sitcom G’s to Gents. Closing on movie deals as well as mainstream media commercials. Although to some Don is considered very young amongst an industry of season vets. But having mentor with some of the industry best Linda Lou, (Interscope), Joe Jacket EMI, Don Mohammed (Universal-Motown), Kedar Massenburg (Universal), Don ,feels excited and motivated to compete and deliver good business along with good quality music.
