About Me

Hello and welcome to Schooper Mom's MySpace! I am a 40-year young mom of 4 kiddos. Professionally I work as a Marketing Director of a credit union and a freelance coordinating producer for a sports network. I love scrapbooking, playing Scrabble with my youngest daughter, playing tennis with my eldest daughter, working with my son on hockey games and am in awe at the artistic talent of my middle daughter. I also LOVE pageants! I have been a contestant, judge, and pageant mom and love every bit of them! I just turned 40 and feel born again - as my dearest friend, Kristina says, being 40 is FABULOUS! My favorite place in the world is the Caribbean and someday I hope to open a Tiki bar in Aruba with my husband. I have to say that swimming with wild dolphins in Bimini Bahamas with my daughter, Karen, has to be one of the most amazing things I have ever done...well that and learning to surf in Hawaii with my son, Andy...okay maybe watching my daughter, Sarah win a national pageant in Orlando....oh boy actually watching my baby girl, Becca, perform ballet really takes my breath away. Oh let's face it, I'm extremely proud of my children and have done some wonderous things with them! LOVE YOU GUYS!

My Interests

My children take up all my time so I have no time for other interests...LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I'd like to meet:

Mel Gibson....um yup that's it. YES even after his melt-down. I've forgiven his transgression and it won't take away from all the good he's done and the fact that he is a wonderful father.

Music:

Whatever my kids put on my radio, or anything from Wicked! Oh and I LOVE to go listen to my husband sing karaoke - he has an AWESOME voice!! Of course if Mel Gibson sang, I would listen to him all the time ;-)

Movies:

Anything with Mel Gibson...except "Signs"...poor Mel had NO direction in that movie and struggled with his character...sigh...it was a bad moment.

Television:

Monk, Ghost Whisperer, The Closer, Law and Order (original and SVU, Criminal Intent is crap)

Books:

Anything by Marianne Williamson or Dean Koontz

Heroes:

My kids, and Mel Gibson
