About Me

I graduated from the University of Texas in 2003, and since then I've been in Los Angeles making my way as an actor. Despite my lack of affinity for it, I've been doing musicals almost exclusively and I'm having a blast. I was born in Chicago, but I like to call Texas home since I lived there for 13 years. Austin is the greatest city in America. Layout by www.PimpedOut.info

My Interests

Acting, Writing, Texas football, Texas baseball, Texas basketball, anything relating to Ireland, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bears

I'd like to meet:

You...unless we've met then nevermind. Not that I don't want to see you again it's just that the thrill is gone. Sorry.

Music:

I'm going through a really unhealthy prog phase, so Coheed & Cambria and The Mars Volta are totally in my head. I'm the biggest U2 fan ever...although there are like 4 billion of us so that can be debated. At the Drive-In, Pearl Jam, Nickel Creek, Terry Reid, Our Lady Peace, Rise Against

Movies:

Downfall, Life of Brian and anything by Monty Python who are and will forever be the funniest men in history, Waking Ned Devine, Reservoir Dogs, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Cidade de Deus, Lord of War, In the Name of the Father, Conspiracy, Spinal Tap

Television:

The West Wing, The West Wing, and The West Wing...May John Spencer rest in peace! I just found out the show's been cancelled, so I'll be wearing black for the next few weeks...I, Claudius, which is a 70s BBC miniseries that I love but looks pretty outdated now, Lost, Heroes, Family Guy

Books:

Atlas Shrugged, Catch 22, anything by Dostoevsky or Chuck Palahniuk, Kurt Vonnegut, Joseph Heller, George Orwell, Glen Duncan (read "I, Lucifer"), House of Leaves (the scariest book ever written), Only Revolutions

Heroes:

My family, Bono, The Edge, Larry Mullen Jr., Adam Clayton, St. Augustine of Hippo
