Victor was born on September 18, 1987(Which makes him a Virgo)in San Juan, Puerto Rico he lived there almost 18 years of his life. Now he lives in St. Cloud where he has managed to accept the huge difference of this town and his hometown.Victor is really creative, surprisingly random, outgoing and a nice guy to hang out with.
