Born DeMorris Harper raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Brax has always had a Passion for Hip Hop. He is determined to be one of the Best from St. Louis and in the Game; he’s not going anywhere until he completes his goal. Music has always played a major part in his life; his father’s family had a popular singing Gospel Group called “The Archie’s” from Greenwood, MS. Music is in his Blood and that’s Real Talk!
Throughout High school Brax found himself drawn to ciphers and battles in which he took the title every time and won respect with his peers and on the streets. Brax aka “Yung Reckless” recorded his first mixtape in High School trying to be heard and create a buzz for the streets. Shortly after school he joined the military; only to realize this isn’t for him, he wanted to pursue what he was exceptional at. Brax linked up with hot Producers and Upcoming artists who are currently serving in the military, but are pursing a career in music. Brax and an Upcoming artist, D’Ron opened for Sean Paul and performed in various shows, so lookout for a venue near you.This Midwest spitter go getter has the flow that will make any artist perform a 360 and realize the boy has talent. His metaphors, wordplay and delivery he spits can’t be denied along with his wittiness and laid back attitude. He is definitely in control and WILL get better folks. Brax aka “Yung Reckless” was inspired by the rapper “Mac” known from the No Limit Records camp… Brax is also influenced by the likes of Cassidy from Full Surface Records, platinum artist T.I., Lil Wayne and Joe Budden. This kid from St Louis is not afraid to pick up a mic and straight spit that “Heat for the streets”.Yung Reckless currently is working on his Mixtape "Straight Reckless Vol 2" be on the Lookout!!!
