Well well well... it's about time you got here! I am Alayna- and it's pronounced just like it looks (if you have the tiny bit of intelligence it takes to look at how the letters are strung together). I only make mention of this because SO MANY people mispronounce it (if you're still lost, I'll give you a hint- the emphasis is on the three letter word in the middle). So anyway, I was in the Navy for six years and happily got out early in '09. I hang out with my family (parents and siblings) more than anyone else because a. I love them, b. they're amazing people and c. all of my friends here have f*ing kids and spouses. And I'll throw a d. in there- I'm NOT an extrovert in any sense. I'm not unfriendly, I just don't actively pursue people. Except very occasionally on the internet, where everyone is a stalker nowadays. I live and breathe music... in a sense. I believe strongly in the medicinal and theraputic value of music of all sorts and have never met a genre I didn't like (at least some of). I write. I pride myself on being self-educated, although I'm also pursuing higher education via the traditional means. I care- to an extent- what people think of me, but if you don't like me and have no logical reasons as to why, nor CONSTRUCTIVE ideas on how I could be made a better person, leave me alone.
