I guess you could say that I am just a normal girl from the mid-west. I guess you could say that... but truthfully, that is not it. I am kind of odd and get interested in weird things...like sustainable agriculture in Moldova or the Bauhaus movement. I make random comments and tell the strangest of stories, or so my friends tell me! At the same time, I do like normal things...don't get me wrong. A night out on the town, a good jog on the Lake, a good book, a nice movie...these are all just a few examples of the "normal" things I like to do! I just moved back to Chicago after living and working in Germany for two years. Hooray for me. So now, I am just settling into my new apartment, which I love! and getting used to my new job...which is interesting!!!!!! That is about it for now. I hope to write more later!!!!!And now I am writing more! Hazaaa! I got an awesome job...I hope. Let's hope that this is a long career in international internationalism ;) OK. That wasn't funny, but I don't care. I haven't been so happy in a very long time. I think the last time must have been while I was living in California. I do miss Germany, but I am home. I am letting America's welcoming arms encompass me and hand me my possibilities. And...Mark said I already have my Midwest accent back. Scheisse!!! Oh well. Happiness is a red balloon and I am floating around in the middle of it!!!
