I write and record songs myself. And sometimes I perform them. Then I take a nap.

"The Paper Brigade" was released in December of 2006, and consists of 14 acoustic tracks, some accompanied by keyboards and drum machines. All of the songs were written by Jeff Lavender (excpet "Bottle Up and Explode!", an Elliott Smith cover). The CD is now available through Myspace.
