Hey! My name is Kristi. I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and spent my break-dancing, skateboarding teenage years in Ewa Beach. Now living in Brandenburg, Kentucky, I guess you could say that this local girl's a long way from home! But hey, once a local girl...always a local girl! My life revolves around 3 things...God, family and friends. Between my 3 beautiful children and wonderful family and friends both here and back home, I have a lot to be thankful for. I love reading, art, poetry, dancing and volunteering my time with the wonderful kids at BUMC. I love to laugh and make others smile. Honesty, kindness and respect are important to me, but hey...I'm not perfect! Recently, I've learned that turning the other cheek and being the bigger person is a difficult thing to do. Nevertheless, it's the right thing to do... (If only it weren't so difficult!) Despite the little bumps I've encountered along this path my life has taken, I still have reason to smile.
