Okay, hands down, this is one of the funniest things I have EVER seen in my life - set to one of the greatest songs I've ever heard. Enjoy...
One of the best commercials ever!!
The other best commercial ever!
My interests are...singing, drawing and painting, decorating (eclectic cottage style, Shabby Chic, modern country, IKEA), animals, makeup, graphic design, the Jumble, psychic/supernatural stuff, reading, writing, grammar!
I have three cats and three dogs - they're my babies. I'm with the most wonderful guy who reminds me every day that real love does exist; he is always sweet to me and his patience is seemingly endless. I love kids, and all I ever really wanted to be was a mom...I hope I can be half as good at it as mine was. But I am a busy mom to my pets and a very proud aunt!
I have a severe addiction to buying makeup. It's like crack.
My relationship with God is important to me. My views on certain spiritual things have changed somewhat through my life experiences and just over time, but that doesn't mean I have let go of him.
I'm very wordy and long-winded when I write (not when I talk); most people compliment the way I use words, and some criticize me for being too lengthy, but it's who I am. I think words can be very beautiful, powerful, and healing.
Two of my biggest wishes for the world are for every girl and woman to be happy with herself and feel pretty, strong, confident, and capable and for all animals to be safe and loved. It makes me mad when people say, "You can't save them all." No, I can't, but I can do my part and save one or a few. Evil happens when good people do nothing.
Other "motherless daughters" and people with similar interests as mine. Rap Cat. My future daughter someday. So far, the really cool famous people I've met are Joy Williams, Clay Crosse, Jaci Velasquez, Jimmy Wayne, and The Wreckers. :) Oh, yeah, I also met the voice of Space Ghost (George Lowe).
I would give anything to be reunited with Lauren Maney...I've never forgotten you and will find you someday. I promise.
Joy Williams, Julie Roberts, Clay Aiken, Jimmy Wayne, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Jessica Andrews, Keith Urban, SHeDAISY, Billy Currington, Rick Trevino, Rascal Flatts, Bethany Dillon, Rachael Lampa, The Wilshires, Third Day, Aslyn, Ritchie Valens, Clay Crosse, Jake/TAP, Nichole Nordeman, Natalie Grant, Jaci Velasquez, Lari White, Abba, Tanya Gordon, Dixie Chicks, Donovan, Maroon 5, Duran Duran, Zac Brown Band, The Wreckers (country with an edge - lots of songs about getting out of unhealthy relationships and girl power!!!), Taylor Swift, OneRepublic, pretty much any finalist from American Idol. :)
The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, An Affair to Remember, Under the Tuscan Sun, The Stepford Wives (both versions), Serendipity, The Princess Bride, Team America: World Police, Dodgeball, White Noise, What About Bob?, Office Space, Napoleon Dynamite, Dark Water, Madagascar, Oliver & Company, Aristocats, The People Under the Stairs, Much Ado About Nothing, Dead Again, Where the Heart Is, Walk the Line, Narnia, A Christmas Story, Because of Winn-Dixie, Ernest movies - know what I mean?, Airplane, Bruce Almighty, BORAT.

I really admire people who have gone through adversity but never lost hope and kept going and also people who are trying to make a positive impact on those around them. I admire any strong woman who is not afraid to speak her mind and have opinions no matter who tries to oppress her!! My bestest friend of over 20 years is also my hero because she has taught me a lot about being content and loving myself for who I am and because she's just plain awesome. At the risk of sounding like I'm full of myself, I'd have to say I'm somewhat of my own hero...at only 27, I've already survived a divorce...I've gone through several deaths of my pets and, of course, my mom...I won't say it's ever easy, and I don't want to make it out like I'm just so strong and tough. I couldn't have made it without God and so many people surrounding me who love me. But I could easily have shut down, and there were times when I wanted to...but I refuse to.
