I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2003, and now here I am, bored as H-E-double-hockey-sticks in corporate America. Man, I feel old. I'm a grown-up now? How the heck did that happen!?
Well, I guess I'll admit it. In case you didn't quite notice, I'm a video game addict. I love them and I always will. They're more than just games to me. I love RPGs, adventure, survival horror, and party games. Legend of Zelda is the best series of all time, of course. I can also kick your ass at anything else like Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat, you name it - you're going down. Sorry, it's just a fact. Other favorite games include: any Resident Evil game, Fable, Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, Guitar Hero II, Mario Party, Secret of Mana, any Splinter Cell game, Halo 2, Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Dance Dance Revolution, Dr. Mario, Max Payne, the Paper Mario games, Okami, Warioware...

My Interests

I love animals and going to the zoo, photography and art, learning about other cultures, fishing (although I haven't done that in a long time), drinking a few beers with my friends, I love food and nice restaurants with good wine, and I love nature (except for bugs...eww!).

I'd like to meet:

Shigeru Miyamoto - The man is a genius.

And Scott Cohen...preferably in "wolf's clothing." :o)

Music:

I love all kinds of music (except country, of course). If I had my iPod on random shuffle, you would hear a pretty bizarre mix. Frank Sinatra to Aerosmith to Korn to an orchestral soundtrack.

Movies:

Okay, a new movie has deemed itself profile-worthy - STAY. This movie is amazing. Seriously. It's so artistic, symbolic, beautiful...just amazing. A lot of people have never even heard of it, but please trust me - it's a must see.

Anne of Green Gables and Anne of Avonlea are my favorite movies of all time. I used to watch those movies all the time when I was little and wish I was Anne Shirley, going to a ball in puffed sleeves.

I love all kinds of movies, but my favorite are fantasy movies. Movies like Harry Potter, Legend, Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, 10th Kindgom - those are the best.

Television:

The best show of all time is, of course, FRIENDS. I never missed a single episode. Lost and Desperate Housewives are fabulous. If you haven't seen these shows, make sure you do. You'll love them. I'm also a big fan of Sex in the City. Makes me wanna move to NYC and buy a ridiculous amount of shoes. Another new-found favorite show is Grey's Anatomy. Never thought I'd watch one of those hospital shows, but seriously, this show RULES. I watched all of season 1 and 2 in like 4 days just so I could be ready for the season 3 premiere. LOL.

Books:

The Harry Potter books are my favorite. I love to read, but I'm kind of picky. Books have to suck me in right at the beginning, or I'll lose interest. I loved Memoirs of a Geisha and the Chronicles of Narnia. Also, honorable mention to Linda Howard. The woman sure knows how to keep the female readers' attention.
