About Me

Hello. My name is Colin. I'm currently enjoying my sophomore year at sac state and am focusing on a music degree with a concentration in jazz studies. I know, sounds pretty intimidating, right? Talk to me if you really want to get to know me.

My Interests

I love my friends, my family, jack bauer, sports, and music. Now for a quote:

"Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything." -Plato

I'd like to meet:

Yeah, I'll take a Jessica Alba with a side order of Rachel Mcadams, please?

Music:

Airmen of Note, Art Farmer, Arturo Sandoval, Bach, Beethoven, Bill Watrous, Billy Joel, Bill Withers, Bob Curnow, Buddy Rich, Chet Baker, Chick Corea, Chopin, Chris Isaak, Chuck Berry, Clark Terry, Clifford Brown, Coldplay, Creed, Dream Theater, E.S Posthumus, Eric Clapton, Eric Johnson, Freddie Hubbard, Gordon Goodwin, Grieg, Guster, Herb Alpert, Incubus, Jack Johnson, Juno Reactor, Keane, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Linkin Park, Louis Armstrong, Maria Schneider, Matchbox Twenty, Maynard Ferguson, Michael Jackson, Miles Davis, Monty Python, Muse, Oasis, Pat Metheny, Postal Service, Prodigy, Propellerheads, Puddle of Mudd, Queen, Ray Charles, Rob Dougan, Scott Whitfield, Seal, System of a Down, Tenacious D, Tom Jones, Count Basie, Crystal Method, Tool, Wayne Bergeron, Will Smith, Wynton Marsalis, and Xavier Rudd among others. Movies:

Who doesn't love cinematic adventures?

Television:

Don't watch a whole lot, but when I do, I'm watching 24, Family Guy, 24, South Park, 24, and the playboy chan......er......history channel. On a straighter note, I've also been known to catch an episode of Gilmore Girls on occasion with Laura and Leanna Pelser.

Books:

Love to read, but hardly do it enough. A few I've read recently are Steven King's "It," the Da Vinci Code, Choke, Me Talk Pretty One Day, and the Alphabet of Manliness. Not that I need to learn how to be manly or anything, but it's funny. Shut up.

In light of season 6 of 24 starting, I found this appropriate.  They are quite reminiscent of those old Chuck Norris jokes, only better because Jack Bauer makes even Chuck Norris weep.  I st...
