About Me

Thinking of who I am reminds me of Anthony Michael Hall placing his pencil in his mouth in the beginning of the Breakfast Club, and just as he wrote in his essay, you see me how you want to see me. You'll have made an opinion by looking at this page, and if it's good then add me as a friend and try to find out more.

My Interests

Photography, Travelling, Ballet, Painting, Theater, Music, Life, Creativity, Eccentricity, Love Layout made by .~*'whimsical'*~.

I'd like to meet:

The liberal, exotic traveler that I am trying to be. I would also love to meet anyone that I've had a past connection with. I regret losing some of those connections.

Music:

The Smiths, The Cure, Pavement, Sonic Youth, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Morrissey, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Belle and Sebastian, Madness, The Specials, Kaiser Chiefs, Klaxons, The Kooks, The Wombats, Stereolab, The Libertines, Babyshambles, Air, Basement Jaxx, Chemical Brothers, Bjork, The Clash, My Bloody Valentine, The Streets, Stone Roses, New Order, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Interpol, Joy Division, Blur, Radiohead, Thom Yorke.. so many more! Music is a passion of mine.

Movies:

Trainspotting, 24 Hour Party People, almost anything with a good soundtrack. A good period drama is good on a rainy day. I'm really not much of a movie person.

Television:

Best Week Ever, The Soup, really cheesy reality shows; I'm so ashamed. I also love Family Guy and just about anything on Adult Swim.

Books:

I'm more particular of the author, not really the book.. that having been said here's a partial list.. Jane Austen, Dickens, Hemingway, Bukowski, Jack Kerouac, Tom Wolfe, Burroughs, Tolkein, C.S. Lewis, Irving Welsh, J.K. Rowling, the Bronte Sisters, Douglas Copeland, Ken Kesey, and of course my childhood favorite Laura Ingalls Wilder.

Heroes:

I don't know about hereoes, but I certainly admire my friends, my husband, and anyone who has met their goals and is living their dream.
