Having been informed that my "about me" is grossly out of date, I figure that it's time to change it.I'm a full time student at UNT, majoring in philosophy. Occasionally, people walk up to me on campus and ask me what class I teach. This disturbs me. Anyway, I have about 2 years left, thanks to UNT's rather strict policy regarding transfer credit for core classes. After that, I'll begin work on my master's in psychology, followed by a LPC so I can hang out a shingle as a therapist. It's basically the same thing I've been doing for years as a bartender, but I won't be able to prescribe Tuaca (which is how I solve all my problems).

I'm also working on a novel, which I should have finished years ago, as well as a children's book about the stars. I figure they'll both be done by my eleventy-first birthday.

I had forgotten how much I missed...

Stars--The Milky Way arching across the sky. The way that prairie grass looks like golden water when the wind blows across it. Silence--No highway noise, airplane noise, construction noise, TV, radio,...
