It changes. I used to be a hardcore skydiver, but at around 550 jumps It got boring. I play video games, which works well with school since I'm working on a BS in Animation. Depending on what the current business does will decide on where I try to start my new career in a couple more years, and whether I will be running two jobs or just one. I played World of Warcraft for a couple of years and still keep my account active but I'm not able to play much right now. I also enjoy my Sunday nights out which usually end up at Burkharts watching the drag queens and hanging out with the aforementioned friends. :) Its also my only drinking night. Its very hard to over do it when they close just after midnight.
I met him. :) You will find him under Sam. All mine. Woohoo!
Not into Rap, R&B (Sorry Roger :( )or Jazz, but almost anything else has things that I like, ok, well maybe not classic opera either, even though I do like musicals. Maybe If I could ever find the time to learn more languages I could enjoy stuff like that more, but I'm limited to english right now, even though I do have some german and spanish songs, but they have really good music, and they have english versions so I know what they are going on about. :P
Mostly Sci Fi stuff. Matrix, Star Wars, Fifth Element, Galaxy Quest, but I got into Sin City the other night, and things like a Beautiful Mind and Big Fish were very interesting. Something to think about rather than just a sensory extravaganza. I also love gay movies with a happy ending. Since Hollywood movies have portrayed gays so very, very badly for so many decades it always good to see a happy ending. A british movie called "Like It Is" I would recommend.
Ok, I geek out in the category. Stargate (both flavors), Battlestar Galactica, Andromeda, Teen Titans, Full Metal Alchemist, Gundam Seed. The only show that I LOVE that isn't Sci Fi right now is "Out Of Practice" with Henry Winkler. The Fonz is no more (thankfully) but the old doctor guy who took his place leaves me rolling on the floor.
Reality Dysfunction by Peter F. Hamilton, Harry Potter, Myth Adventures by Robert Aspirin. Almost anything by Terry Pratchet. I love fantasy and Sci Fi and well as a little horror. I've read many of the Vampire Lestat books from the early days and I've managed to keep up with the enormous Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordon. I'm way behind on my reading though with school and other activities.
I grew up with classic Heroes. Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Spiderman, the Uncanny Xmen. People who help out no matter the cost and even leave themselves open to danger to keep other safe. They are what heroes are supposed to be. It may seem like silly comic books to most people. Most people have no idea what they are talking about.
