I tend to become "mom" to just about everyone that comes into my life. Usually not by my choice... I am also a minsiter... I started Red "Rock" Ministries with my husband, Larry, in 1999... Our main objective is to let bands know that there is a team of people that pray regularly for musicians... We know how hard it can be at times & we are there not to push things in your face but to remind you that God & others care about what you go thru as musicians... Many of our prayer partners are musicians... If you are in the area and let us know as we are also known for our home-made chocolate chip cookies that we drop off to musicians at their shows... ____________________________________________________________ __________________________ It has been a difficult time once again.....I am no longer the director of the Louisville School of Rock...I still believe in music education and I believe in helping everyone to learn how to make music.......at this point I am not sure if I will start another music education project or not....if I do I will not do so for other people but a place that is just my own....partners are not always trustworthy....TRUST GOD AND ONLY GOD!!! ____________________________________________________________ __________________________ We have adopted a new puppy..... His name is Captain. Captain was scheduled to be euthanized..... His crime, being born to an inconvenient litter..... He was 6 weeks old.....Michael & Karissa rescued him on June 14.....We need to raise money for his long term care including housing & living expenses and medical care, now and in the future.....Any gifts are welcomed and accepted..... 100% of all money will be used directly for the care of the Captain.....Gifts can be sent to:....
