I wrote all the songs. The people who participate in the record are:
Lenin Fernandez: Percussion, he studied a clay instrument, which is called "tonaja", is like the thing that the indian women use to carry water, but Lenin has turned this into a musical instrument with different holes, and it produces tones, that's why he calls it "tonaja".
Carlos Chaclán: He made researches about the prehispanic instruments. He is a ceramist and he pays particular attention about how these instruments are made...tryin' also to create them followin' the original technics.
Fernando Scheel: He did all the electronic sounds, all the arrangements of my music.
Linda: She is a cackchiquel girl. Cackchiquel is one of the mayan ethnic groups that live in Guatemala. She sings in "Nanita".
Jennifer Pingo: She made the back vocals.

Influences: Mainly, I'm influenced by the rythms of the indian music from Guatemala. Its name is the "son", its like the heart rythm in 6/8. All the nature sounds that are in the prehispanic instruments. Then, about the electronic part, I think the music of Ennia, Tory Amos, Clannad, Lorena Mackenitt are really important influences for me. Many other people in Guatemala are making music influenced by the mayan sounds. One of this bands is "El Hacedor de Lluvia", their music is one of the example of fusion that influence my music.
Sounds Like:The press comments have compared this CD to the Ennia's works, but in a mayan spirituality way. The other comparisons are with Clannad and Secret Garden.
