  The Famous Firm specializes in talent development and representation. We breed both traditional talent: your rappers, actors and singers, as well as non-traditional talent: like graphic designers, make-up artists and body sculptors, because we understand that non-traditional talent is crucial in making an act successful, too.
  The Famous Firm is on its way to becoming the first ever talent label, sort of like a Disneyland for talent. The best bio-writers, the best publicists, the best make-up artists, all working under one roof. By bringing together a plethora of talent, under one umbrella, The Firm can effectively take emerging talent to the next level.
  The way we make this happen is through the synergy within the company. When Sickamore left his 'comfy' job as Director of A&R for Atlantic, hundreds of e-mails from people wanting to affiliate with The Firm poured in within hours. The energetic members of The Famous Team, eagerly play their designated roles in order to achieve the common goal of taking our talent to the next level. The average age of a one of our reps is 22 because we're firm believers that you can't do new things with old people. We have solid networks with Atlantic, Asylum, Sony and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as more forward thinking, new-model, and web2.0 - based companies.
  If you're at Level 1 in your career, we'll help you get to Level 3. If you're at Level 6, we'll help you get to Level 8. And if you're at a 9 or 10, the sky's the limit! We're not going to promise you a record contract; because, let's face it, major labels aren't emphasizing talent development and growth anymore. Isn’t Your Job To Listen To Everyone?
Nope. My job is to find artists that are hot and doing their thing, not sit here and listen to every demo and myspace page. If I did that, I would be fired. It’s better for someone to refer an artist, tell me what you’ve been doing (shows, etc) or set up a meeting.
