The Charm

I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4The Charm was formed about 4 years ago by Mattias Boström and Stefan Brisland-Ferner. Our basic idea was to write simple songs that are easy to like and hard to hate.The Charm has gotten great reviews for their songs and their live shows. And we were selected as one of the most promising bands in Sweden by Dagens Nyheter, one of the leading newspapers in the country. We are finished with the recording of our debut album with producer Björn Yttling at Decibel Studios in Stockholm. We and Björn have worked together since the beginning of The Charm, but it was not until last year that we actually got something done. But of course, as everbody knows, Björns band Peter, Björn & John put out that song and became super stars. So here we are, waiting for the success take a more reasonable form. So, hopefully, as soon as Peter, Bjorn & John return to Sweden for more than a couple of days, we'll start mixing the album. If we are lucky the album could hit the stores some time in 2011.
