I am doing a degree in music and new media managment in Manchester. Whilst on the course I will be studying event managment, music and production analysis, Entrepreneurship in the arts and music and new media technology.
In my spare time I DJ, I have done one gig in Manchester at the Jabez Clegg I was opening for three electroinc bands and I have done three parties across the country.
I have been DJing for about 3/4 years and as a result I have become more open minded about music and I can appreciate how it gets in the charts.
I have a HUGE c.d. collection ranging from bands like Slipknot and Slayer to hard dance artists Lab 4 and Madchester legends Happy Mondays.
I DJ hard trance and uplifting trance but I do sometimes put a breakbeat track in there to keep the listener on their toes
I have alot of DJ demos so if you are a fellow DJ or a club promoter and would like a copy then just drop me a line and I'll send it off to you as soon as possible.
Finally I am thinking about building a recording studio so if anyone has any advice or tips then please let me know
