Ers 2004 mae'r band wedi rhyddhau 6 CD yn yr iaith Gymraeg ac wedi recordio un demo Saesneg. Yn ogystal a hyn mae'r band wedi bod yn gigio yn ddi-stop (wel, bron) ac wedi gwneud ffrindiau newydd o amgylch Cymru ac ymhellach drwy wneud hynny.
Frizbee was born out of the similar taste in music of three friends from Ffestiniog, North Wales. Since 2004 the band has released 6 Welsh language CD's as well as an English demo. As well as this the band have been gigging non-stop (well, almost) and have made new friends throughout Wales and beyond by doing this.
