Elaine is a 24 year old, solo musician from Cork city (the peoples republic like!). Her style drifts between blues/rock/folk, consciously steering away from the generic singer-songwriter trends. She is an experienced performer and has been playing around ireland since the age of fifteen, either as a drummer/violinist/pianist with other bands and producers, or as a solo artist carving out her own style!! She has also expercienced the music circuit across the pond having spent a year performing in various venues around San Francisco. Elaine is about to go into the studio to record her debut album which will be ready for release in 2009.. She has also been collaberating with the boys from Freezer Room, working on vocals for their new album which is also due for release in the new year (www.myspace.com/freezerroom). All in all 2009 is shaping up to be a busy and exciting year for Elaine, watch this space and check back for updates and new tracks...Feedback good or bad is more than welcome...!
