to really get to know me ::beyond superficial pleasantries:: it takes a great deal of effort. I have a high tolerance for pain and my temperament is pretty controlled. But once I'm hurt or betrayed, I forgive, but I hold a grudge like there's no tomorrow ! In general, I'm an optimist. I assume people around me have positive intentions, and I'm the type who sees the "good" instead of the "bad." One thing I can't tolerate though... hypocrisy. I hate it when people penalize me for actions they themselves are guilty of committing. I'm not perfect.
