Truman for all you history buffs) and I love it. I love life, sports, books, laughing, my awesome friends, and my wonderful family. I have had a wonderful life filled with many great adventures and experiences ... and have many more waiting for me. I am a dreamer with huge goals in life. One day, you all will be refering to me as Ms. President. I am super involved in my community. I write a column for a few newspapers for the Global Youth Voices. I am a team leader for the Republican Party, Communications Director for the 3rd Congressional Kansas Seat MC Ahner Campaign, on the Board of Directors for the Independence Kiwanis, Social Chairman for Beta Sigma Phi, and several other community organizations. I like to stay busy!

I used to never watch TV, but now that we have a DVR ... I like watching Lost, Viva La Bam (especially when drunk), MTV, Flavor of Love (I'll admit it), Boston Legal and Fox News. I also like the history channel and Myth Busters on Discovery.

Books:

I love books. I read classics in American Lit. and I love murder mysteries. My favorite books are: "To Kill A Mockingbird" - Harper Lee, "The Cold One" - Christopher Pike, "The Lord of The Rings" -R.L. Tolkien, "The Chronicles of Narnia" -C.S. Lewis, The "In Death" series by J.D. Robb and any book written by Mark Twain. I also collect old, rare books.

Heroes:

My mom Joyce Shelton, my Grandpa Edward Shelton, Rudy Giuliani, President Lincoln, President Truman, President George W. Bush, Bob Dole, Charles Barkley and all the US Troops and their families.
