This page is for 2 bands that I was the frontman for.
Punch & Wipe ('94-'97)- I was lucky enough to be asked to sing for this great local Metal/hardcore band out of Monroe, MI a short time after I moved from Pittsburg,PA. The band had been around before I was adopted into their group of misfits. The frontman at that time was the notorious Barry Whistler who made it very hard to fill his position!! The band started meeting other local bands and branching out to play in Detroit with great bands like, Cold as Life, Placenta, Universal Stomp, Elephant Ear, Pure Bastard Extract, Soul Corruption, Five Story Fall, Broadzilla, The Beer Whores, and many more. This was one of the greatest times of my life and I've made some great longlasting friendships through the experience. If I had to do it again I would do it in a heartbeat. Thanks for the good times!!! I miss you guys!!
151Diesel (2000-2001)- This is another project that I fronted for out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Allthough not as long lasting as Punch&Wipe, I still had alot of fun. The band wanted a Creed/feelgood sound and I was not going for that pussy-ass, softcore, girl shit so I did what I do best, I screamed!! I don't do love songs or songs about being a bored suburbinite and I think that was one of the reasons that this band didn't last very long. We did however put out a strong demo and played some great shows in FT.Myers, FL with hometown heros like, Swamp Gas, Clubber Lang, and others.
