Terrathorn

About Me

..
Growing out of late night jam session, Terrathorn were formed in 2005. The 3 members Matt B - Dan N - Joe F used every spare second we had went into jammin heavy metal and thrash metal songs from the massive collections we owned.
After sometime we had some songs made and needed to bring bass and vocal's in the situation so first came James Hayball. Shortly after we had a stand in bassist named Adam Hill who helped us record our first EP and help with our first show ever!(Many thanks to him) Then came Dan H the bass.
This guy brought a brutal sound on his own with his ripping funktastic bass skillz and all of a sudden there we were 5 members. Terrathorn became complete thrashing and headbanging all over the UK where ever they can get into. up to this date we have played many many live shows and have now a good reputation within all the venues we have played.

Keep your eyes peeled we now have an 8 track album hitting the streets soon and sure to follow as many shows as we can book.

“These guys take inspiration from old school thrash bands such as Metallica, Megadeth and Merciful Fate, and mix it up with more modern influences to create a sound that is fresh and exciting yet brutally heavy. What really sets Terrathorn apart from the rest of the pack is the “fun” element to their live show, something many bands seem to miss the point of entirely. Terrathorn make a worthy addition to the BOA unsigned stage, And should guarantee that those watching will leave the tent on a high.”
