Hey there!We've recorded some new tracks - they are ROUGH - not mixed or mastered yet."Lady Bird" is the Tadd Dameron tune done with some vamp action in front and some subtle reharmonization."Body and Soul" is the jazz standard, again partially reharmonized and includes some hot tenor vs. guitar solo action."The Saint" is a tune by John Medeski of the band Medeski, Martin and Wood. This is from their first album. This features piano by Lynn Kavelman (who also recorded us.)"God Bless the Child" is the classic Billie Holiday tune, done up in a funkier jazz style. This is a live recording, probably made around 2005, in front of an adoring audience and features some bad-ass saxy saxophone playing by Toby Thomas.So have fun counting our mistakes and miscues!
