Significant Others is a NYC band centered in Washington Heights. Singer/ songwriters Holly Hendricks and John Montalto met in a local restaurant about a year ago, after swapping CD's, and a few e-mails, they finally got there act together seven months later and got to work October of 2006 on the upcoming CD "Instant Gratification"Guitarist/Producer Emile Menasche (www.menaschemedia.com) is the musical force behind the group. Produced several film scores, Significant Others first CD, "mr. president" ( the acoustic version of the title track appeared in a nationwide showing of the documentary "Paul Conrad: Drawing Fire" www.proandconrad.com)
as well as his own group Speak the Language debut CD "Summerset" (www.speakthelanguage.net)The project will be recorded at his upstate NY studio and be completed in the fall of 2007.
