First is Technology. It is the way of the future, and I have been on the front seat of it since 1988 with my Tandy PC.
World of Warcraft, and other video games. I have meet a lot of good friends that I wish to meet IRL someday. Wonderful people, and I wouldn't change that for the world.
NOT the TV. Tv is dead to me. After I'm done with my lease here, I swear never to buy cable TV again. To expensive, and the writers strike make it an easy choice to cancel it. Plus you should cancel it anyways, because TV is bad for you, and it only took me 21 years to figure that out.
A lot of my friends that I have known online for 10+ years. Joanne and Meredith from World of Warcraft. These two espcially because they are just wonderful persons whom I get along with great online, and would know we would have a blast IRL (google IRL if you don't understand it n00b). As well as most people from my guild Reason. After being in the guild for a few months, it was a great crew of people. Now we are a community and plan to jump to a new game as a family. Such wonderful people.
I'd also love to meet all the geeks from Revision3 and TWiT and get a general idea of how they did it. How do they do what they love to do as a living, and get paid for it. Such envy.
I hate the radio and how the RIAA is destroying the music industry. I look for alternative types of music. Stage6 is by far the best website I have seen for independant music / film / animation / etc. I will update this weekly with my favorite music at that time.

Nothing on TV interests me, except Battlestar Galactica, but I can wait until it comes out on DVD. Other then that, I get my stuff from the internet.
It's made for Internet TV you dolts, I do not download illegally... much.
