Hmm... I'm a social worker turned bartender turnING event planner... it's been a long and winding road, with loads of speed bumps and potholes, but here I am, so here is where I'm supposed to be.I love live music, especially in smaller venues with cheap drinks and no attitudes. There's nothing like feeling the rhythm of the drums beating in your chest. I fell in love with the drums at a very young age and have always wanted to play. Animal was my favorite muppet! Rock on! I love to sing too, although I must admit that I haven't done anything "real" in awhile. I miss being a part of a choir- it's a powerful experience. If I wasn't a non-committal slacker I'd be in one. But sometimes it's ok to be a slacker, right?I hate mornings-- unless they're really the end of the evening. I'm late ALOT. I am a great promoter of things I believe in. I LOVE fashion and I like to change my haircolor with the seasons. I'm a sucker for dudes with awesome hair and a sense of style. I'm inspired by people who set goals and then actually reach them. (this happens?!) I'm motivated by a quest to figure things out. I should listen to my gut more often, cuz it's usually right.
