Born in Jacksonville, FL. Moved to LA when I was 7. In LA I started going to a teen dance club at Disneyland called Videopolis. It was there that I heard my first New Order song. I was hooked. My family moved back to Jacksonville to my horror when I was 14. Talk about culture shock. I quickly made friends - Michael and Julie being lifelong ones and found Einstein a Go Go - a new wave/post punk music club for the underage crowd. I had many fun filled nights of dancing, spinning on the beach & being crazy. When I was 18, Julie's sister took Julie & I to Simon's in Gainesville and I knew it was something special. I remember trying to explain it to Michael and I couldn't put it into words b/c I had never heard house music before. Michael and I moved to Gainesville soon thereafter. There we continued to have countless nights of fun. Michael & I eventually moved to New York where we live now. I met my boyfriend D a few years ago and we are very happy. I also found the job I was searching for and love what I do. Going out now means a nice restaurant, but I do still itch for one of those Simon's nights again.
