ya-he-tee!! My name is Monique Burnside, and a graduated senior of Carnegie High School. And now a second semester Haskell Freshmen of Lawrence, Kansas. I am 1/4 Kiowa, and 3/4 Navajo. I was borned and raised til I was 9 at St. Micheals, Arizona. Then moved to New Orleans Liousiana, til I was about 13ish... an now among my Kiowa peoples. I love going to pow-wows, ceremonials,and being active in life an hope one day I will be able to make a good living for myself when I get done with college. All I know is I have some years in the making for me, especially when it comes to school and ambitions like no other... Personally I guess I am down with mostly anything and everything. I like meeting people an just having fun, I think on the positive side of everything or at least try too, I know at times you might first meet me an I'll be really outgoing, but other times I will be shy or just very reserved( I guess you can say) I'm just saying come up and talk to me, i remember faces just not names( that's my fault), and of course, I love my family( family oriented)! Now movies I love the Memoirs of Geisha, and Of course FAST AND FURIOUS: TOKYO DRIFT, I love the soundtrack to that!!! House of Flying Daggers, Honey , You got Served, Drumline,I admit that I am a band nerd(and proud of it!), and somemore others.

Television:

I've gotten really used to That 70's show and the SIMPSONS (thanks jordan ;/) And now just recently Grey's Anatomy..lol.. J-sue's sista!
