Aaron del Campo, or better know by the bass-driven underworld as DJ Hymn, emerges from the east coast as a shining symbol of the great urban break beat era of the late 70's and early 80's.Growing up back in the day, DJ Hymn began his musical journey playing electric guitar while under the heavy influence of music moguls like Led Zeppelin, Run DMC, and other notable rock greats.The musical inspiration of rock and funk awoke a sleeping giant in DJ Hymn during an elusive transition into breakbeat and house music.Since his escursion into scratch beats, DJ Hymn continues to set his own standard of sound and creativity by constantly "breaking the rules" and challenging himself to higher levels of skill.Much of his current style is the result of inspiration from artists such as The Invisible Scratch Pickles, The Allies, and The Beat Junkies.At the moment, DJ Hymn plans future tour endeavors and produces his own music while continuing his innovative blend of tricky beats.
